Water Treatment Plant Clearwell and Auxiliary Building RFP

Sealed proposals will be received by Alex Evans, City Engineer of said City, at Papillion Public Works, 9909 Portal Rd, Papillion, Nebraska 68046, until 2:00 p.m. on the 26th day of September, 2022, for the Water Treatment Plant Clearwell and Auxiliary Building.

The extent of the work consists of professional design services for the City of Papillion Water Treatment Plant 2.0MG clearwell and an approximately 16,000SF auxiliary building for vehicle/equipment storage, vehicle wash bay, breakroom, and other potential uses.

The Request for Proposal (RFP) may be obtained at the offices of Standard Digital Imaging, 4424 South 108th Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68137 (402-592-1292). Documents are available for download through StandardSHARE at   Please contact Standard Digital Imaging directly for any assistance with StandardSHARE.  All costs associated with obtaining documents are the responsibility of the proposer and are non-refundable. In order to ensure proposers are aware of all issued documents pertaining to this opportunity – proposals will only be accepted from those listed on the plan holders lists kept at the Engineer’s office and the offices of Standard Digital Imaging / StandardSHARE.

The City of Papillion, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C 2000d to 2000d-4 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, Subtitle A, Office the Secretary, Part 21, Nondiscrimination in Federally-assisted programs of the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin, sex, age and disability/handicap in consideration for an award.
