Entertainment Venue Designation
Pursuant to Chapter 135 Noise Control, § 135-8 of the Papillion Municipal Code, an Entertainment Venue is a special designation provided by the City Council to a public use facility, place, or location, which (1) is operated for the purpose of providing entertainment activities and events that enrich and benefit the community through recreational, educational, and cultural performances and opportunities, and (2) may exceed the maximum permitted sound levels set forth in § 135-3 (i.e., 7:00AM-10:00PM 70 dBA, and 10:00PM-7:00AM 55 dBA) from time to time for such entertainment activities and events.

Fireworks License
Papillion City Code Chapter 117 allows for the sale of fireworks in the City of Papillion from 8 a.m. on June 25th through 11:59 p.m. on July 4th and 8 amon December 29th through 11:59 p.m. on December 31st of each year.

Handicapped Parking Permit
Residents in the City of Papillion should submit all applications for handicapped parking permits (permanent or temporary), either new, renewal, or duplicate, to the office of the city clerk in person with proof of identification.

Liquor Licenses
All applications relating to liquor licenses are made through the State of Nebraska Liquor Control Commission.

Tobacco License
Licenses are issued through the city clerk's office. All licenses expire on December 31st of each year. No application is required.

Trash & Refuse Haulers
Chapter 162 of the Papillion City Code allows for the collection, hauling, and/or transporting of refuse within the City of Papillion.

Vendors & Solicitors
Chapter 146 of the Papillion City Code provides guidelines for Door-to-Door Sales, Mobile Venders and Facility Use and Event permits.
